This is a high quality CLEAN Crashpad. It is a new house (Nov. '05).
4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story house. 2 full bathrooms upstairs are available.
Furniture is new.
There is a game room upstairs with a 2nd TV set and computer station. The upstairs is considered the quiet area.
We are commited to providing a clean enjoyable place to stay. Most of our clients are by referral and have come from other
crashpads.
Where: Just north of IAH - 5-10 minutes to terminals and 10-15 minutes to employee lot.

is available after $50 deposit payment via PayPal.
Who: Male ExpressJet, Colgan, and Continental Pilots only who want to live in a clean place and are willing
to help keep it clean.
Rent:
$185 per month payable by check or Paypal.
1st and last month rent required for move-in.

• All paper products are supplied including kitchen items for those who
don't want to wash dishes.
• This house is NOT IN GREENSPOINT or anywhere near it. We don't recommend staying in
that area. At least 3 pilots have been robbed there in recent history.
